every five mins or so a window keeps poppin up that says 'Host proces for windows services has stopped working nd was closed' it says that wil inform me if a answer is establish while the same window keeps poppin up .. anyone knows wat it is nd wat do i do thnxx in advnance

Which OS, Vista? Seems to be average scheduled to some programs that in fact aren't working correctly. If you are running XP it may be a driver.
Check the EVENT LOGS for a confirmation as to what power be tripping the alarm.
