Change your IP address.
Click Start, Run. Type cmd. Press Enter.
Type "IPCONFIG" and make message of your IP address.
Type "IPCONFIG /release" lacking quotes and push Enter.
Type "IPCONFIG /renew" lacking quotes and push Enter.
Type "IPCONFIG" and see that the IP address should own changed.
reset the router and the modem
It manner that someone else has the same IP address as you. This is rare, but restarting your Cable modem will give you a new IP address, hopefully someone else will not own your same IP address again.
open your regional area alliance then click properties. twice click Internet protocol (TCP/IP) from here change your ip adderess like (192.168.0.100) or what ever is the network form or click on get ip automatically so that the ip will be set according to the network settings.
