Reason is Domain controller(server)wont admit regional user to logon to same machine.

first pace Go to secpol.msc(Local security plan of dc) pick admit logon locally and add ur regional user there .

second pace Goto dompol.msc(Domain security plan of dc) pick admit logon locally and add ur regional user there.

Third step(optional)Goto dcpol.msc(Domain Controller security plan of dc) pick admit logon locally and add ur regional user there.

it will take some deley fro 5 minutes to 1 day for updating Database.

You are trying to log on through end services, right? The default is a) end services is not enabled and b) when you do enable it, only admins are are allowed to logon through end services.

So go enable end services in your control panel. Then give yourself rights to use it. It's in the arrangement control panel, on the Remote tab.
